Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

By purchasing a ticket or attending the Paris Food & Wine Festival (“the Event”), held at the Grand Palais, Paris, from June 12 to 15, 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Event is organized by PFWF Events SAS (“the Organizer”).

1. Purchase Conditions

Tickets are sold exclusively through the official festival website and authorized partners. Any ticket purchased from unauthorized resellers may be void.

All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT. The total price is confirmed at checkout before payment is processed.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation and e-ticket by email. Please keep this email and present your ticket (printed or digital) at the venue entrance.

Tickets are personal and must be accompanied by a valid photo ID. The name on the ticket must match the ID of the bearer, unless a transfer has been processed in advance.

2. Age Requirement

Children under 18 may attend the festival free of charge when accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Wine tasting areas are strictly reserved for guests aged 18 and over. You may be asked to present a valid photo ID to access tasting zones. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to anyone unable to provide proof of age.

3. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, chefs, producers, and the venue.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Aggressive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior
  • Excessive intoxication
  • Bringing weapons, illegal substances, or dangerous objects
  • Smoking or vaping inside the venue (designated outdoor areas available)
  • Unauthorized commercial activities, solicitation, or distribution of materials

The Organizer and venue security reserve the right to refuse entry or expel any attendee who violates these rules, without refund.

4. Ticket Resale

The resale of tickets at a price exceeding the original purchase price is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge (see our Refund Policy).

5. Responsible Alcohol Consumption

The Paris Food & Wine Festival promotes responsible alcohol consumption. Wine tastings are curated for education and appreciation, not excessive drinking.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears to be intoxicated. Staff are trained to identify signs of overconsumption and will offer water and assistance.

Designated drivers and non-alcoholic alternatives are available at all bars. We encourage the use of public transport, taxis, or ride-sharing services.

L'abus d'alcool est dangereux pour la sante. A consommer avec moderation.

6. Liability Limitations

The Organizer shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the Event
  • Any injury resulting from the attendee's own negligence or failure to follow safety instructions
  • Delays, changes, or cancellations of specific sessions, masterclasses, or performances due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Any food allergies or intolerances — attendees are responsible for verifying ingredients with staff and producers

The Organizer maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and complies with all applicable safety regulations.

7. Photography & Video Rights

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the Organizer and its authorized partners. These images may be used for promotional purposes, social media, press releases, and future marketing materials.

If you wish to exercise your right to object to the use of your image, please contact privacy@foodwine-festival.com.

Personal photography and video for non-commercial use are permitted. Professional equipment (tripods, lighting rigs, drones) requires prior written authorization from the Organizer.

8. Intellectual Property

The name “Paris Food & Wine Festival,” the PFWF logo, and all associated visual materials are trademarks of PFWF Events SAS and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without express written consent.

Content from masterclasses, presentations, and demonstrations is the intellectual property of the respective chefs, sommeliers, and producers. Recording and redistribution of masterclass content is prohibited without consent.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, the purchase of tickets, or attendance at the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Modifications

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the official website. Continued use of your ticket after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
