Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel your ticket and request a refund for the Paris Food & Wine Festival (June 12–15, 2026).

1. Client Cancellation

Day Pass & Full Festival Tickets

More than 30 days before the event

Full refund, minus a 5€ processing fee per ticket.

15 to 30 days before the event

50% of the ticket price refunded.

Less than 15 days before the event

Non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another person (see below).

VIP Experience — Special Conditions

VIP Experience tickets benefit from an extended cancellation window. You may request a full refund (minus the 5€ processing fee) up to 7 days before the event. After this date, VIP tickets follow the standard non-refundable policy but may still be transferred.

2. Ticket Transfer

  • Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 48 hours before the event.
  • Transfers are free of charge.
  • To transfer your ticket, email hello@foodwine-festival.com with your order number and the new attendee's full name and email.
  • The new ticket holder must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
  • Each ticket may only be transferred once.

3. Cancellation by the Organizer

Force Majeure

In the event the festival is cancelled due to force majeure (extreme weather, pandemic, government order, or other circumstances beyond our control), all ticket holders will receive a full refund within 14 business days, processed to the original payment method.

Postponement

If the event is postponed rather than cancelled, all tickets will remain valid for the new dates. Ticket holders who cannot attend the rescheduled dates may request a full refund within 30 days of the postponement announcement.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to refunds@foodwine-festival.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]".
  2. Include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
  5. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at purchase.
